Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund or return.

Product Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Free from stains, odors, or damage

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@usetopaz.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our team's confirmation and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using the provided guidelines.
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Returns received outside the 30-day window

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@usetopaz.shop with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
