Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with a tracking number and link. You can monitor your shipment's progress at any time. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us at support@usetopaz.shop.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
- Delivery times for international orders may be extended due to customs processing.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer. Reshipment costs may apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, lost in transit, or arrives damaged:
- Contact us at support@usetopaz.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- Provide your order number and any relevant photos (for damaged items).
- We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement/refund.
Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup point, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
